DESCRIPTION
The Agriturismo is an ancient Tuscan building completely renovated into five spacious and smart apartments and it is set along a track road in a peaceful contryside, within a fifteen minute drive of the villages of Peccioli and Ghizzano.
On the ground floor you will find a communal lounge with satellite tv, a log fire, a laundry room and a reception area.
Set within the pretty grounds, a large swimmingpool and a sun terrace provide a relaxing setting after a busy day sightseeing while the communal pizza oven, the barbecue and the covered gazebo make dining a delight; you can also do long walks among the surrounding woods.
The place is ideal for families with children who can freely enjoy in the large green park.
Moreover, it is ideal for its strategic location that allows to reach the main art cities (such as Pisa, Florence, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra…) in more or less 1 hour.
APPARTMENTS
The apartments are located on the first floor, all of them with a panoramic view on the surrounding fields.
- Nocciolo: with a double bedroom, a twin room, a single sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, an open plan lounge with kitchenette complete with a fireplace, a fridge, an oven and a hob.
A door also interconnects to Ginepro apartment, making it ideal for a large group of people. Total beds: 4+1
- Ginepro: with a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a dining room with kitchenette, a single sofa bed. Total beds: 2+1
- Olivo: with a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a dining room with kitchenette, a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. Total beds: 2+3
- Corbezzolo: with a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a dining room with kitchenette, a fireplace, a double sofa bed. Total beds: 2+2
- Sorbo: with a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a dining room with kitchenette, a single bed. Total beds: 2+1
THE PARK & THE SWIMMING POOL
The farmhouse is located in a large green park where you can admire several kinds of flower and plants and use all the included services:
- the barbecue
- the fired-wood oven
- two gazebos
- the pool
- the parking
The farm puts at disposal a wonderfull pool, where spendine relaxing afternoons, completely furnished with deck-chairs and beach umbrellas.
