DESCRIPTION The Azienda Agraria is situated at 1 km from the historical center of Montepulciano in a charming position from which you can admire the old town of Montepulciano, the Valdichiana valley, Lake Trasimeno and the mountains of the Umbro-Marche appennines.
The farm has an area of approximately 10 hectares, of which 5 are vinyard, 1 olive grove and 4 a fruit grove producing exclusive plums, delicious local fruit.
The whole land is considered protected faunistic area, in which hares and pheasants live wild.
There are also two buildings on the land, which, after an accurate restoration, have been turned into country houses for tourists.

ROOMS There are five bedrooms with bathroom, fully furnished with antique furniture.
These rooms are named after the colour which dominates the furnishings, and therefore there is the Blue, Green, Pink, Red and Yellow bedroom.
Every room has central heating and satellite TV.
The rooms are also rented out for single nights.
The house is equipped with a car park under the shade of the fruit trees.
APPARTMENTS AND SERVICES There are five appartments made up of a living/dining room with cooking area and one to three bedrooms depending on the size of the appartment.
There is satellite TV and autonomous heating in each appartment.
There is also a swimming pool (14m x7) which is free for the guests and a barbecue area.
There is also a laundry, where one can wash clothes as well as iron. The car park is under a shady roofing.
WHERE WE ARE The farmhouse is in a pleasant position over Montepulciano, a very famous tuscan village with big palaces of the XVI century.
It takes about 1 km. from the farmhouse.
About 500 mt. from "Nobile farmhouse" is placed "S. Biagio Temple", which is a wonderful church of the XVI century.
The "Nobile" takes 14 km. from Pienza, the village of Pio II.
Siena and Perugia are far 60 Km from the farmhouse.
