DESCRIPTION
I am Mora Sandra and I have a beautiful farmhouse ,or better an agriturismo, on a wonderful and panoramic hill faced the vignards between Certaldo and San Gimignano in the Chianti area.
Now I have 4 houses which we rent as Bed&Breakfast or also as apartments ( 26 bedrooms with bath and 9 apartments from 2 to 8 persons).
Each house has its own swimming pool 7x14 mt and all 4 are in the same hill at 400/500 mt far eachother.
They all have been restored according the Tuscan tradition as you can see in the pictures and they got a spectacular landscape as we are on a top of a hill, with open spaces outside for children and lots of green for your relax.
In Capezzano house which is where we welcome you , you can find our restaurant for breakfast and dinner which is always based on tuscan tipycal dishes.
Our organic farm produces quality wines like Chianti DOCG, Vernaccia San Gimignano DOCG , Barrique Baccano IGT and Extravergin Olive Oil that we let taste to our guests in the evening during dinner prepared by my mother Maria.
We also are specialized in enogastronomic service and we can organize also wine-tasting in english and french for groups with possibility to visit our cellar and to buy our organic wines.
OUR COTTAGES
TESTO: CASA CAPEZZANO :
That’s the heart of Podere, where we welcome you. It’s an old house from XVII century which we have just restored and open this year.
The view is fantastic as faced on the medieval villages of San gimignano and Certaldo.
Here you can find:
N° 13 bedrooms with bath for 2-3-4 persons with TV SAT
N° 1 suite with bath for 4-5 persons with TV SAT
N° 5 bedrooms with bath in bio-ecological architecture certificated by AIAB.
Here all is natural and each room has a swich to prevent electromagnetic waves.
Furniture is in natural wood without iron and mattresses are in lattex.
Swimming pool 8x16 very relaxing our restaurant where Mrs.
Maria prepares breakfast and dinner with tipycal tuscan dishes wine tasting and direct sale of our wines and extravergin olive oil produced by our organic farm reception and office english and french speaking guided visit to our cellar
CASA ARCANGELO:
This is an ancient conventry from the begin of XVII century and it is the oldest house of Podere.
It is at 500 mt from Casa Capezzano and here you can have:
N° 7 bedrooms with bath for 2-3-4 persons
N° 1 apartment Rosa dei Venti with 2 bedrooms+2 baths+ kitchen for 4-7 persons
Large kitchen downstairs with a big drawing room with chimney piece
Swimming pool 7x14 mt and panoramic view Panoramic terrace to eat outside
This house is very suitable to be rent by groups as an entire villas
CASA SAN RAFFAELLO:
This house also is at 500 mt from Casa Capezzano and it is very good for families with children or young groups of ds which prefer to have more privacy.
Here there are 8 apartments:
N° 4 apartments made by: 1 doublebed+bath with shower+ large kitchen with chimney piece
N° 4 apartments made by 2 bedrooms+bath with shower+ large kitchenwith chimney piece
Each apartment is equipped and has its own space to eat outside in the gardenwith sun-umbrella and chairs to stay in the pool.
