DESCRIPTION
We are in a property of 500 hectares of woods and meadows at 800 mt on the s.l. in Mugello an unspoiled area near Florence (40 kms).
Our property offers the possibility to walk in the woods.
Hunting and fishing activities can be practised within the grounds and horse riding is available locally (about 7 kms from our agritourism).
Our forester is at clients’ disposal to accompany them to discover the fauna of this habitat with a Land-Rover.
Our property is ideal for the enjoyment of nature and from there for visiting Florence and other towns of Tuscany easily.
We have an outdoor 10x20 mt swimming-pool with dressing-rooms and showers.
Drinks and snacks are available on request.
The pool is open from the end of May until the end of September.
We have two tennis-courts and Tuscan cooking courses on request, also individual ones.
Our structure, recently restored, is composed of a villa of the beginning of the XXth century, dependence and another villa at a distance of about 650 mt from the main building.
We have:
* 2 suites
* 1 junior suite
* 10 double bedrooms with bathrooms (bath or shower)
* 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom outside the bedroom.
All the rooms have phone, SAT-TV, refrigerator, air-conditioner, central heating, lift to reach the rooms on the first floor. Their solid walnut furniture is in simple and elegant Tuscan Style.
All bedrooms are similar, they have different colour co-ordinated details.
Bathrooms are very modern equipped with hairdryer.
Together with towels there are sponge-cloth slippers.
Finally we have a well-known “Trattoria” with a genuine and refined cuisine which rediscovers ancient flavours which by now are only a memory: ham, sausages, homemade pasta etc.
Also people in HB accommodation eat à la carte without pre-established and recurrent menus, they will eat the menu served in our Restaurant.
Our daily menus are composed of hors d’oeuvre, first course (2-3 choices), main course (2-3 choices), dessert, coffee and digestives.
Mineral water and Tuscan table wine are included in the HB price.
